February 21, 2012 -- 6:00-7:00pm -- Dr. Reida will present a Nutrional lecture in our new classroom. Lecture will include information on Omega3 & Omega6, the importance of vitamin supplements, the difference between processed food and organic food and more. Cost is $25 per person or free if you bring a friend.
